このポリシーはiOS・Androidの公開用構成に適用されます。ストア審査中に実装やデータ処理が変わった場合は、配信前に更新します。
端末内の学習データ
学習言語、設定、レッスンの進捗、復習情報、途中の学習状態を端末に保存します。設定から学習記録を削除できます。招待特典は学習記録とは別に端末に保存されます。アプリ削除時のデータの扱いにはOSのバックアップ設定も関係します。
会話と音声
Gemmaによる会話生成は対応端末の内部で行います。会話本文をクラウドAIの推論に送信する設計ではありません。練習用録音はメモリ内で扱い、終了時に破棄します。音声認識は端末内で利用できる場合のみ使用し、対応しない場合は文字入力を案内します。モデル取得時には配布事業者へ接続し、IPアドレス等の通常の通信情報が処理される場合があります。
利用状況の解析
Google Analytics for Firebaseを使用する構成では、アプリ内で許可された場合に、画面、学習言語、レッスン開始・完了、正誤等の決められたイベントを収集します。SDKはアプリのインストールを識別するID、端末・OS・アプリ情報なども処理します。Firebase Analyticsによる広告IDの収集は無効にしています。会話本文、録音、認識文、自由入力、招待コードを解析イベントに含めません。設定で送信の許可を撤回できます。端末での撤回だけで、既に送信したデータがサーバーから直ちに削除されるわけではありません。
広告・購入
アプリにはAdMob・同意管理（UMP）とApple / Googleのストア課金SDKを組み込んでいます。UMPは起動時に同意状態を更新し、その確認のためGoogleがIPアドレスや端末・アプリ情報を処理する場合があります。広告は利用者が特典広告を選択し、必要な同意を確認してからリクエストします。広告配信ではGoogleがIPアドレス、端末・アプリ情報、利用可能かつプライバシー設定で許可されたAndroid広告ID、広告の表示・操作、診断情報などを処理する場合があります。広告なし特典の利用中は広告をリクエストしません。購入・復元はAppleまたはGoogleが処理し、アプリは購入済み商品の識別子、購入状態、署名や有効期限等を確認します。カード番号を運営者が受け取ることはありません。公開用ビルドはAdMobの広告ユニットを使用します。広告の表示可否は地域、同意、在庫状況により異なります。
AIの返答の報告
利用者が「この返答を報告」を選び、本文を確認・編集して送信した場合に限り、選択した本文、報告理由、学習言語、送信日時をGoogle Cloud Firestoreの運営者専用プロジェクトに保存します。会話全体、音声、招待コードを自動で添付しません。不要な個人情報は送信前に削除してください。報告本文は他の利用者には公開されません。安全性と教材品質の改善に用います。削除の相談は受付番号を添えてお問い合わせください。
問い合わせとデータに関する相談
問い合わせメールに含まれる送信元、本文、添付を対応のために扱います。不要な個人情報は送らないでください。削除等の相談は info@arkartworks.jp で受け付けます。必要な本人確認と適用される法令・保管義務を確認して対応します。保持期間や削除手順を含む運用詳細は一般配信前に確定します。

このページには運営者独自のアクセス解析、広告、入力フォーム、外部フォントを設置していません。ホスティング事業者はページ配信とセキュリティのため、IPアドレスなどの通信情報を処理する場合があります。個人の氏名・住所や管理用の認証情報をこのページで公開しません。
Privacy information in English
ArkArtworks operates Learn Languages: City Life. Learning progress, preferences and invitation access are stored on your device. Conversation generation runs locally using Gemma on supported devices. Practice recordings remain in memory; speech recognition is used only when on-device recognition is available. Model downloads involve network requests to the model distributor.
When Firebase Analytics is configured and you opt in, predefined learning events may be sent to Google. The SDK also processes an app-instance identifier and technical device, OS and app information. Advertising ID collection by Firebase Analytics is disabled. We do not include conversations, recordings, transcriptions, free text or invitation codes in analytics events. You can withdraw analytics permission in settings; withdrawal does not automatically erase data already sent.
The app integrates AdMob, UMP consent management, and Apple / Google store billing. UMP refreshes consent status when the app starts; Google may process your IP address and technical device or app information for this check. Rewarded ads are requested only after you choose to watch one and the required consent checks complete. Google may process IP addresses, device and app information, the Android advertising ID when available and permitted by your privacy choices, ad interactions and diagnostics. No ad requests are made while ad-free access is active. Apple or Google handles purchases and restoration; the app checks product identifiers, purchase status, signatures and expiry where applicable. We do not receive payment card numbers. The release build uses AdMob ad units. Ad availability depends on region, consent and inventory.
If you choose to report an AI reply, you can review and edit it before sending. Only the selected text, reason, learning language and submission time are stored in the operator’s Google Cloud Firestore project for safety and learning-quality improvements. Full conversations, audio and invitation codes are not automatically attached. Remove unnecessary personal details before sending. Reports are not visible to other app users. Include your report reference when requesting deletion.
