データの削除

このアプリにはユーザーアカウントがありません。次の方法で、アプリが保持するデータの削除を依頼できます。
端末内の学習記録
設定画面の「学習記録を初期化」で、進捗や復習情報を端末から削除できます。その他の端末内設定や招待特典の記録を含めて消去するには、OSのアプリデータ削除またはアプリのアンインストールを使用してください。これらのデータは、利用者が削除するまで端末内に保持されます。OSのバックアップに残ったコピーは、各OSのバックアップ設定で管理してください。
AI返答の任意報告
報告を送信した場合、選択した文章、理由、学習言語、送信時刻を運営のFirestoreに保持します。自動削除の期限は現在設定していません。削除を希望する場合は、アプリが表示した報告参照番号を添えて info@arkartworks.jp へご連絡ください。本人が保有する参照番号と照合した後、対象報告を運営の稼働中データベースから30日以内に削除します。参照番号がない場合は対象を特定できないことがあります。メール本文に会話全文や録音を送らないでください。
解析、広告、購入
設定画面で解析への同意を取り消すと、以後のアプリ内解析イベント送信を停止できます。既に送信された解析データは、端末内記録の削除だけでは消えません。削除に関する相談は上記窓口へご連絡ください。広告・購入に関してGoogleまたはAppleが保持するデータは、各社のアカウント設定やサポートから管理してください。
Data deletion
Learn Languages: City Life does not create user accounts. In Settings, use Reset Learning Progress to remove lessons and review records stored on your device. To remove other local settings and guest-access records, clear the app's data in your operating system or uninstall the app. Local data remains until you remove it; OS backups are managed through your device's backup settings.
If you voluntarily submit an AI reply report, we retain the selected text, reason, learning language and submission time in our Firestore project. There is currently no automatic expiry. To request deletion, email info@arkartworks.jp with the report reference shown in the app. After matching the reference, we will delete the report from our active database within 30 days. Without the reference, we may be unable to identify the report. Do not email full conversations or recordings.
You can withdraw analytics consent in Settings to stop future app analytics events. This does not erase previously sent analytics data; contact us about a deletion request. Manage data held by Google or Apple for ads and purchases through their account settings or support.
